Laundry Room
The hours of the laundry room are 7am to 10pm.
Coin operated laundry facilities are located by the pool. The cost to wash and dry is $1.00 per load.
Laundry soap, dryer sheets and powder bleach are available to purchase for $1.00 each plus tax at the Front Desk.

There is no charge for local calls. Dial "9" to get a line out.

For your convenience dial 799 and follow the prompts to retrieve your messages.

Pool
The pool is located in the middle of the courtyard and is open on a seasonal basis.
Hours are Monday-Friday 12noon to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 10pm.
Fitness Facility, Sauna and Tanning Bed
The fitness Facility is located by the pool in the middle of the courtyard. Hours are 7am to 10pm.
Complimentary Continental Breakfast
Served Saturday and Sunday in the Business Center of the Front Office from 8am to 10 am.
Coffee and tea is served all day long.
Business Center
A photocopier and fax machine are both available at the Front Desk. To send or receive a fax, the first two
pages are complimentary and $1.00 for each additional page. Copying is also available with the first five
complimentary and $.10 for each additional page.
Irons, Ironing Boards and Hair Dryers
Available for check out at the Front Desk.

Pool Rules and Regulations
Open on a seasonal basis. Hours are Monday-Friday 12noon to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 10pm.
In case of emergency there is a phone in the Fitness Room - dial 911.
Please keep noise at respectful levels.
No running or horseplay on the pool deck.
An adult must accompany any children under age 16, no more than four children per adult.
Do not swim alone.
Pool capacity is 25 swimmers.
You must shower before entering the pool. No suntan lotion, please - lotions unbalance the chemistry of the water.
No food or beverages in the pool area other than bottled water.
Must have swim wear attire (no cutoffs, t-shirts, etc.)
Absolutely no alcohol permitted.
Please wear proper shoes for the pool deck.
